AST-10DXXWC3-CA75-E(C)25(10G CWDM1270-1610) is a hermetically sealed device with a photo diode for optical output monitoring.It incorporates 1270 to 1610nm single mode edge-emitting laser diode chips for using in uncooled applications up to 10.7Gb/sec.The laser is mounted into a TO-56 header and is hermetically sealed with a 7.5mm aspherical lens cap.The laser design is buried heteo-structure with muti-quantum well(MQW) active layers and distributed-feedback(DFB) grating layer.
